Community grants program launched
Emporium Hotels is dedicated to supporting our local community. Each year, as part of our Community Grant Program, we donate up to $10,000 worth of prizes to support charities and community groups in their fundraising efforts.
We are now calling for submissions from local groups to be considered. Click below to submit your request for a chance to be allocated one of these prizes.
Submissions close 30 June 2017 with chosen charities contacted by 15 July 2017.
HotelsCombined Recognition Of Excellence
Emporium Hotel has been awarded the HotelsCombined Recognition of Excellence 2017. This award is in recognition of consistently achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction worldwide. Emporium has achieved a 9.3 score out of 10 – this is within the top 3% of accommodation worldwide for customer satisfaction.
The HotelsCombined Recognition of Excellence is not a ranking list but a group of outstanding accommodations chosen based on a strict set of criteria.

Emporium Hotel has achieved GOLD STATUS through EarthCheck, the world's leading environmental management and professional services group for the travel and tourism industry.
Emporium Hotel is the only hotel in Queensland to achieve this status, and is one of only five in Australia.
Achieving this leadership position in sustainable practice is testament to the hotel’s independent ownership and the commitment by it to seamlessly and successfully combine service excellence, product exclusivity and sustainability priorities.
Achieving EarthCheck Gold Status is one award each and every team member will welcome with extra pride, according to Emporium Hotel General Manager Peter Savoff.
