We are now looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to take the lead in managing The Terrace's Kitchen.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
- A creative approach and proven ability to deliver high quality food, with a passion for your craft;
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail;
- The ability to work a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends;
- Strong communication skills and highly developed organisational skills;
- Experience managing a kitchen brigade;
- A willingness to learn, grow and go above and beyond for our guests, every time, every shift; and
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
