Set against Brisbane’s skyline, The Terrace Rooftop Bar will be reimagined with alpine-inspired styling, including a cable car chairlift photo moment, life-size bear, candy-striped deck chairs and G.H. Mumm Champagne red skis.
The seasonal menu brings post-slopes energy to the rooftop with the arrival of our winter menu including Emporium Hotel’s take on Canada’s iconic Caesar cocktail and Asian-inspired poutines in Peking duck, spicy crab, prawn, and kimchi tofu.
