A valid credit card is required upon arrival at the hotel for all direct bookings. For all suite types, a $100 hold will be placed on your credit card, which will remain for the entire duration of your stay as a bond to cover any incidental charges.

We have a limited number of Cots and Rollaway beds available for use during your stay, these are an additional $70 per rollaway or $35 per cot, per night. Please note that these do not fit into all room types and are subject to availability, so please contact the hotel directly should you require either the cot or rollaway bed for your stay.
Cancellation and amendment policies differ on each booking, therefore it is best to contact the hotel directly to confirm your cancellation policy and process. If your booking was made through a ‘third party’ such as a travel agent or other online accommodation booking sites, any amendment or cancellation will need to go through that channel.
Check in time is 3:00pm, any arrivals earlier than this will be subject to availability on the day when arriving at the hotel. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any early arrival requests, should your room not be ready for you when you arrive, you are welcome to store your luggage with the Concierge team. If you do wish to have a guaranteed early arrival, you may book your room for the night prior to guarantee your room for an early arrival, please note accommodation charges will apply.
Check out time is 11:00am, we are unable to guarantee any late check outs past this time as it is subject to availability. Upon arrival our reception team will be able to let you know if we have any late check outs available and if there will be any charges. Should you wish to have a guaranteed late check out, you may book your room for an additional night at the end of your stay, please note accommodation charges will apply.
Our hotel Pool, Gym, Sauna and Steam Room are located on the 21st floor. These facilities are open 6:00am – 10:00pm daily, unless signed otherwise. Please note, that these facilities are exclusive to hotel guests and are not available to the public.
We have limited interconnecting rooms at the hotel, should you require interconnecting rooms, please do contact the hotel directly.
Casual and Overnight valet parking is available at a fee of $60.00 per car per day. Additional paid parking is available in the area.
A discounted charge of $35.00 per car is available for casual guests dining at the hotel, excluding overnight parking, when spending over $50.00 at one of the hotel’s four dining venues. Diners must show proof by receipt at Concierge to claim this offer. Please note that the hotel driveway entrance is located at 35 Tribune Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101.
No pets are allowed on the premises with the exception of service animals.
