Step into a floral rooftop escape where Champagne flows and spring comes to life.
This Spring, The Terrace at Emporium Hotel South Bank will be transformed in partnership with French Champagne house Perrier-Jouët. From 3 September to 20 October, the rooftop will be alive with vibrant blooms, Champagne by the glass or bottle, and seasonal touches celebrating Brisbane’s most beautiful months.
The Perrier-Jouët Flower Market will create a garden-inspired escape above the city skyline, part tropical sanctuary, part luxe hideaway. Guests can linger among the blooms, sip Champagne, and even purchase flowers to take a piece of the season home.
Spring-inspired cocktails will headline the season, complemented by a $30 pairing available all day. Choose from seasonal dishes such as stuffed zucchini flowers, prawn sliders, or a vibrant spring garden plate, each served with a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
As the sun sets, live DJs every Friday and Saturday will set the rooftop’s rhythm, carrying the space from golden hour into the evening and creating the soundtrack to Brisbane’s most stylish spring nights.
